Maintenance work on a Secondary treatment systems (STS) can only be carried out by service persons authorised by the Executive Director of Public Health. Water Installations is approved by the Department of Health to service STS units in WA.
We offer a maintenance service for many STS units including but not limited to: BioFicient, Biolytix, Fuji Clean, Nova Clear, Klaro, Icon Septech and Biomax.
Our team also services Greywater Reuse, Rainwater Tank and Irrigation systems. We recommend that you maintain your own system weekly by washing out your greywater and rainwater tank filters and keeping an eye on your system. Check your irrigation to ensure that water is coming out of the drippers and there are no leaks or blockages. Six monthly services are recommended for greywater and rainwater systems, although an annual service is the minimum requirement for keeping your system in peak operational condition. STS units have their own requirements and need to be regularly serviced typically every 3 to 6 months depending on the system.
